Terms
These notes describe the intended product behavior for review. Counsel-approved terms, retention periods and provider details have not been finalized. Public self-service trials remain closed while the terms version is draft.
The intended trial
The trial includes one store, one store PC and every analytic for 30 days from the first sign-off. Waiting for approval does not use trial days. No card is required. A person can extend a trial or agree a paid plan by invoice; an ended trial does not automatically stop access.
Company checks
CountPort checks each new organization. An AI service may search public sources using the organization name, company email domain and country. Code applies the eligibility rules; a person reviews uncertain cases and a decision on request. The final notice and legal basis for automated checks require review before public trials open.
Staff access after activation
From activation for as long as the organization exists, CountPort staff can open the device UI, desktop and root terminal to set up and support the store PC. Customer approval and setup-code settings do not restrict staff access. The store remote-access switch stops it, the organization Owner can end sessions, and sessions appear in the session log.
Live views and support
During remote sessions, staff can see live camera pictures; those live pictures are not stored by the live-view path. Passwords entered into the device UI pass through Cloudflare when that UI is used remotely. The first Help assistant gives advice and reads setup state; it does not change the PC. Do not send passwords in chat.
Closing an organization
The intended process gives notice before a staff deletion, with explicit exceptions such as an unpaid Owner asking to delete their own organization. Trial-ledger hashes of the company domain and PC identifiers remain to recognize repeated trials. Final retention periods, objection rights and legal requirements are still under review. Deleting Cloud data does not uninstall the store PC.
