Data processing agreement pending
A counsel-reviewed data processing agreement is required before public trials open. This page is a review checklist, not an executed agreement or a statement of regulatory compliance.
Scope to cover
The agreement must cover account and organization data, analytics, device health and audit events, company vetting, support conversations and consented photos, and remote access to the device UI, desktop and terminal. Remote live views and credentials passing through the relay must be described explicitly.
Responsibilities to settle
The parties, instructions, security measures, subprocessors, international transfers, assistance with rights requests, incident notification, audits, deletion and return of data, retention exceptions and remaining trial-ledger hashes require review.
