Draft for review — not final legal terms

These notes describe the intended product behavior for review. Counsel-approved terms, retention periods and provider details have not been finalized. Public self-service trials remain closed while the terms version is draft.

Everyday analytics

Camera video is processed on the store PC for counting and analytics. Cloud reports receive counts and related metrics. Account details, organization settings, PC health, camera inventory, audit events and support messages also reach the Cloud. Ordinary analytics do not identify named shoppers or use facial recognition.

Remote support and photos

Remote device UI, terminal and desktop sessions travel through Cloudflare. Live camera views can leave the store during those sessions. Help accepts only consented photos of an empty entrance or a recorder label or Network screen, with no people, no camera views and passwords covered. These photos and support messages are processed by CountPort and the configured AI provider.

Company checks and a person to contact

For company checks, an AI service may search the web using an organization name, company email domain and country. A person can review a decision on request. The final privacy notice will identify the responsible entity, legal bases and contact process before public trials open.

Retention and providers

Support records and uploaded photos are associated with the organization and removed by its deletion workflow. Trial-ledger hashes remain after deletion. The final retention schedule, provider account settings, transfer safeguards and any legally required exceptions need review; these notes do not set a settled retention period.
