Every camera at every store uses the same plan. Your monthly cost is the per-camera price multiplied by the number of cameras CountPort analyzes. For very large estates, the Enterprise plan offers custom pricing.
How getting started works.
30 days from your first counts
A 64-bit Ubuntu store PC with an administrator account and network access to your cameras is required. Cameras must be overhead, looking down; some may need moving or replacing. Send Help a photo of an empty entrance before buying hardware. One store and one store PC, every analytic, no card, and free remote setup through Help. Use a company email address. We check every new organization, usually within minutes. Your 30 days start at the first sign-off.

Adjust as your stores change

How does the trial start?
Sign up with a company email address. After the company check, install on your Ubuntu store PC and activate it. Free help is included. The first sign-off starts 30 days with one store, one PC and every analytic; waiting for approval uses no trial days.
Do I need a credit card to begin?
No. The trial is started in CountPort Cloud, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Billing details are arranged when you are ready to continue.
How many cameras can I add?
There is no camera limit on the plans. You pay the same per-camera price for every camera at the store — $29 on Lite and $39 on Pro — so your monthly cost is simply that price multiplied by your number of cameras. For very large estates we offer custom pricing on the Enterprise plan; select Talk to us about a plan on the contact page.
Can I run CountPort without the cloud?
The store PC processes video locally. The current trial uses CountPort Cloud for activation, reporting and Help.
Do you work with installers and integrators?
Yes. Installers and integrators should select the partner option on the contact page, so that we can direct pricing, installation, and account questions to the right team.
