One flat price per camera.
There are no brackets and no volume tiers — every camera at a store costs the same. One license covers one store: your monthly cost is simply the per-camera price multiplied by the number of cameras you want CountPort to analyze. For very large estates, the Enterprise plan offers custom pricing.
How getting started works.
Begin with a trial
You can test CountPort on your own cameras before committing to a wider rollout. We direct larger installations to the appropriate support path.
One store, one license
A license covers one store. Add further locations as separate stores, and size each one by its number of cameras.
Adjust as your stores change
Add or remove cameras and your price changes with them. For a quote covering a large chain, use the same contact form and select the demo option.
Pricing that is easy to plan.
Each store is priced per camera, using the published prices on this page. Because the prices are set out in advance, you can estimate the cost for a store before you contact us.
| Question | CountPort approach | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Do I need special counting hardware? | No. CountPort runs on the cameras you already have, and no new hardware is required. | Lower setup cost and less disruption to the store. |
| Is the pricing published? | Yes. The per-camera prices are published on this page. | You can estimate the cost before contacting us, with no need to request a quote. |
| Does using the cloud change the price? | No. Where the software runs does not change the price. | You can choose on-site, cloud reporting, or both, to suit your needs. |
| Is video uploaded for everyday analytics? | No. All video is processed on-site, inside your store, and is never uploaded. | This reduces privacy risk and simplifies data-protection review. |
Questions about pricing.
What is included in the trial?
The trial allows you to confirm how CountPort performs on your own cameras. The exact setup depends on the number of cameras, where the software runs, and whether you want it connected to your checkout or till system.
Do I need a credit card to begin?
No. The trial is arranged through the contact form, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Billing details are arranged when you are ready to continue.
How many cameras can I add?
There is no camera limit on the plans. You pay the same per-camera price for every camera at the store — $29 on Lite and $39 on Pro — so your monthly cost is simply that price multiplied by your number of cameras. For very large estates we offer custom pricing on the Enterprise plan; select the demo option on the contact page.
Can I run CountPort without the cloud?
Yes. CountPort processes all video on-site, inside your store. The cloud is used only when you want combined reporting across several locations.
Do you work with installers and integrators?
Yes. Installers and integrators should select the partner option on the contact page, so that we can direct pricing, installation, and account questions to the right team.
