Subprocessors
These notes describe the intended product behavior for review. Counsel-approved terms, retention periods and provider details have not been finalized. Public self-service trials remain closed while the terms version is draft.
Provider inventory pending verification
This is the planned inventory for review. Legal entities, services, locations, contract terms, retention settings and transfer mechanisms must be verified against the actual accounts before public trials open.
Cloudflare
Cloud application, identity protection, database, object storage, support thread runtime, email delivery and relay traffic. The relay can carry live camera views, the device UI, terminal and desktop sessions.
AI provider
The configured AI provider handles company vetting and Help conversations, read-only setup context and consented support photos. Provider and account retention settings must be verified before enabling public model traffic.
Google Workspace
Receives replies to the configured support mailbox and may hold support email content. The exact mailbox account and its retention settings need review.
Tools not currently included
TeamViewer must be added and reviewed before its first use on a customer PC because it can carry live screens. Stripe is planned for later card billing and is not part of the initial invoice-based trial flow.
